- Improved force feedback in several steering wheels by reducing the refresh rate
In recent releases theAutomaticupdate rate was allowed to use up to 2000Hz, instead of the safer 400Hz that was used in the past. An excessive update rate will be detrimental for some steering wheels, resulting in poor force feedback. This hotfix revertsAutomaticback to using 400Hz or lower.If you want to experiment with higher rates, you can select them manually as usual, and test the results. We advice that you retest after any update to steering wheel drivers and firmware, or that you switch back toAutomatic.
