Mods that are now outdated/unsupported and their fixes [Not Currently Accurate]

I decided to make a list of all mods that are either fully outdated, or just unsupported. Why? Because then (hopefully) they will get attention and possibly be fixed by random members of the community.

Some mods have a newer version/alternative on the repo, but I included them anyways. For instance, LJ74's 1988 Pessima Wagon is now included in KLJP, or how Atomix's ETK I-Series Wagon has been replaced by kimaq's take on the same concept.

If you have fixed one of these mods, feel free to put down below, however ONLY if you have received permission from the original creator. If permission has been obtained, I suggest you take a screenshot for proof (you probably won't need proof but it's a good idea nonetheless). If you found a fix, but are not the fixer, feel free to instead leave a link to the original post.

just downloaded it, it works great, although with slightly outdated textures and thumbnails

 

All of them are bound to be pretty outdated (with the exception of the Soliad Fieri fix). I might have a go at updated textures on some of them even though I have no clue how to mod or fix mods.

I think you should add the Gavril b-series to the list

Since the Wentward truck (and b-series) relies on the old T-series files, maybe putting this files in the game makes it work. Maybe with this mod

I think it's worth mentioning that Legacy Edition was actually fixed to work with 0.31.x of the game a while back though it wasn't uploaded to the repo. Repo fix is coming next week, though there is a working version available from our website. Any ways, I have over 7,000 mods saved in my archive,
One day I'll clean it all up and put it all in 1 folder then I'll create a Magnet Link so people can slowly download it on the side and hopefully with in a month or 24 months the whole folder might be downloaded... And then BeamNG script kiddies can go through all the folders to check for working/broken/needs-fixing/needs-to-be-forgotten-about/etc - I don't believe I need to ask permission to share mods that were once released in the past..

 

Thanks for letting me know, I will fix this. I genuinely had no clue that you had fixed it and were planning on putting it on the repo. Nonetheless I am super excited to try it out!

Gavril B-Series isn't outdated nor unsupported yet, so it isn't really suitable for this thread.

This fix is good, however is a bit complicated as it requires multiple mods. But good idea nonetheless!

I would definitely suggest trying to get permission, but I understand that sometimes it's hard to get a reply.

But don't let that take away from the fact that this is a great idea.

 

If this posts twice again I'm truly sorry- but yeah it really sucks that the Atlanto map doesn't work right anymore it was amazing. I don't know if it went outdated, or what happened with it. I remember hearing that when the whole game updated it broke the mod. I launched it recently and a lot of it just wasn't there. I mean the ghost car was there, and still blew you up if it was night time- but the witches shack wasn't there, the ghost ship wasn't there, the grave yard and the ghosts weren't there. The haunted house with it's surprise was still there but yeah super sad. That was the greatest map ever.

 

I've never personally played on the map, but looking back at old gameplay it was really such a unique map, and really deserves to be brought back from the dead

 

i miss the 200bx monster gambler so much

 

Never played with it, but looks like an absolute riot.

 

The sunburst hatchback got an update, super thankful as it’s one of my favorite mods.

 

List is currently inaccurate, but might get updated eventually.
