Example Vue Mod (Anna's Toolbox) 1.0

A Vue-only UI mod example starring Anna, BeamNG's mechanic

It demonstrates:

- An `index.js` entry point with `onLoad` and `onUnload`
- A standalone Vue route registered with both Vue and Lua routers
- A Main Menu button that opens the route
- A dedicated pause tab with two rail buttons and two cards
- A button in the shared Mods pause tab
- Pause card buttons that navigate to the standalone route
- Current-vehicle data read through the Lua bridge
- Tuning-backed workshop jobs with fictional BeamBuck quotes

In game:

- Main Menu -> More... -> Anna's Toolbox opens the full route

- The Anna's Toolbox pause tab


- The shared Mods pause tab contains Anna's Toolbox Card
- Current Vehicle and Toolbox Card can open the full Toolbox route
