The maxima will be my first car, but i know a guy with a a 74 blazer that i could resto-mod and talk him down from his ridiculous price for it but i dont know... --- Post updated --- aye in early 2000's we trust lol
I spent nearly 150$ making the body out of reinforced cardboard, and took a older VW Bug's engine and put it on the frame. It looks like a toddler made it but here it is! I got the tires from goodwill I made the lamborghini symbol from cardboard paper and the wheels were ripped from a VW Combi. It makes 72 horses and can beat a 2011 Nissan Versa My quarter mile time average is 17.352, isn't that fast? I can beat the Miatas and the 99' mustangs easily. Anyone like my new ride? I spent 500$ on it and its ride quality beats a 1982 Mercedes 300D
I've got two Dodge Ram 50s (re-badged Mitsubishi Mighty Max), and a mostly stripped donor 1990 Mitsubishi Montero 5 door The one I have been forced to daily is an '89 rock bottom base model (2wd standard, with manual everything) I bought it thinking that it could be stripped for parts, but quickly found that all of it's useful bits were non interchangeable with the bigger truck. Oh well, It has served well as a reliable daily, and is probably one of the easiest manuals I've ever driven. My project (and first) truck is mostly a 1988 Power Ram 50 extra cab, but the engine, transmission, driveshaft, wiring harness, and dash are from various Monteros, Raiders, and newer Ram 50s. I've got twin turbos off of a 3000GT VR4 that will be going on it as well. Here is a pic of the engine most of the way through the rebuild. It's a SOHC 3.0l 6G72 Mitsubishi V6. And finally, here is a terrible picture of the custom dash in the bigger truck. The stock dash was smaller, provided much less information, and had less room for extra gauges.
This goes to show how good beetles can look when the owner puts some tasteful effort into them. They're not much stock in terms of appearance, in fact I find them quite ugly, but this is pretty awesome.
1998 Buick Regal LS. One previous owner. Bought at 130k miles, now at 133k with no problems. Average 18 in the city, 27 on the highway. I'm so happy I bought this car. Proud of it and proud to keep it mint <3 Her name's Evelynn
Mine: Citroën C4 Picasso 1.6 e-HDI 115 Intensive I love Citroën so... Futuristic interior and exterior design. Incredible interior space and a good perfomance for a diesel. I like photograpy, and all these fotos are taked with an iPhone 6. For some people, horrible, for me, beautiful... Hope you like it, bye!
