i think something in the middle would suit nicely, I guess look at some front views of different quads and see what looks normal
ngons are faces that are made of more than 4 vertices. when you are modeling you will probably be working with quads and a few tris, make sure to split up the ngons, otherwise when you export the mesh with the right settings, the triangulate modifier might make some questionable decisions regarding where to split them. I doubt you will have any making a jbeam, as all the faces should be triangles for collisions
Oh my god, I do wish there was a Quadzilla (I'm kinda a Suzuki fanboy, I have a 1985 Suzuki LT250EF, Love that quad) Back on topic If you need any pictures of the Timberwolf, I have unlimited access to the 2WD and the 4WD variants, my family's cabin directly relies on those quads --- Post updated --- From what I can remember, those front tires need to be slimmed slightly, and like 1.25x the height, the front tires are 1/2 the width of the rears, but 2 or 3 inches taller
Oh yes please, cant find enough pictures on internet ( Top, view, bottom, view, rear view, front view, etc..) There is only like angled pictures. Also do beamng alerts not work anymore?
Yeah, most Timberwolves you find on google images are either: (1) Beat to shit but have the right camera angles (2) In pristine condition but with the wrong camera angles I am thinking I will be going up to my families cabin very soon, but it depends on the Michigan weather Given the Timberwolves at our cabin are worked quite hard, they still are in great condition (visually and mechanically) I will see when I can get some pictures uploaded to this thread or in a google drive or something Also, what do you mean by bottom view? Like undercarriage while the ATV is on its side or something else? Also also (lol), can I have a list of every angle picture you need? Our cabin doesn't have internet, and I cannot access the forums up there
I don’t know if it would help (maybe the wheels?) but I have a pristine condition 2003 Yamaha Kodiak. Never touched mud in its life, power washed frequently. If you need photos of anything let me know
(Not a bump but still, sorry) Going up to my families cabin this weekend, can I have a full list of angles that I need to get with my questionable photography skills I know you would like the following: Front, back, side (left and right) bottom, top, and undercarriage (suspension, engine mounts, and the rear swingarm). Are there any special requests apart from all of these? (The quad I am taking pictures of has ORV numbers, but I'll scribble those out)
Sorry I couldn't get the pictures, my phone decided to disappear until the quad was locked back in its shed
I have returned with gifts, and many I expect this to take up a lot of space on the forum, and on your computer I have every angle you wanted, and a few that I thought I would be useful Here (in no particular order) is an entire pack (I know bad pun) of Timberwolfs I honestly love the look of the Timberwolf, so simple but yet so 'elegant' if you could call it that --- Post updated --- shit a picture of my quad slipped in there lol ignore the orange quad lol sorry for the back rack pictures, the square tubing is a mount for a seed spreader my uncle was using to plant one of his fields
WOOOAHH THANKS YOU SO MUCH --- Post updated --- Yeah busy time of the year, some progress but cant get pics
I have a Yamaha Kodiak (it’s in amazing condition, mostly used around the yard with a trailer), I don’t know if photos would help or not.
