Same problem here. Pressed up arrow and wont pull up at any speed. Cleared cache, no effect. Still won't pull up.

I would assume its in the vehicle config menu. Not really sure but hope I helped

 

It explodes when you hit about 575 MPH, but that kind of makes sense. If landing gear was retractable and you didn't need to hold the throttle, it would be perfect for me, put overall, an amazing mod.

 

when I press down on the arrow it doesn't take off even if I'm going like 150mph
