Workshop/Garage mod

    I was wondering if it is possible to make a mod that is placeable inside maps? Like a garage/workshop to "work" on cars and such? or if it is already a thing. kinda like the workshop in utah but able to be imported into any map.

    There's a garage system implemented into the game it just sucks because the cars dont spawn centered.
