use an older beamng version, the DX9 build. beamng isnt coming to the consoles. Devkits cost a lot of money.

not being funny, but an e7400? that is a literal potato going by today's standards. i would suggest getting something like a 3rd gen i5, and a gtx 650 or something if you want to play this game. if it is just for work and stuff, an e7400 should be fine though

 

It might actually not be a steam machine, and Yes, the Series X is Windows based, like the Xbox One, but more different than a standard copy of Windows.

 

windows based =/= running windows that's the whole point
