Unsolved Why are certain .dds files not openable with the gimp plugin ?

    For example the sbr_d texture opens correctly both in gimp and blender, but the sbr_interior texture doesn't.

    GIMP does not support BC7 compression (iirc it goes up to BC5), which is what most .dds files use now. Stick to paint.net which does.
