When (If) you learn to mod, what will you make?

If I had access to the models, or the skills to model it myself, I'd totally make a new "AW Beetle" based on the SBR.



Or other classic Brazilian VWs reimagined for the modern days, Like the SP2

in reality, impossible.

 

i would like to port my mod from rigs of rods to here. i was able to get the jbeam in, but the suspension was all wonky, there was no engine, wheels had no mesh, and the mesh was sideways

probably a map mod. with racetrack dirt track drag strip, LONG highway, big city, montains, desert and forest!

 

Few days ago I got motivated to practice blender again and I'm making a somewhat detailed, but low poly style car for a little animation. I'm not interested in putting it into Beam, but I did think about doing something for Beam after this just to learn about the process.
Maybe some custom rims, which should be one of the simplest things to start with. It's very much a maybe though.

My aspirations with 3D aren't in cars or car related stuff tho so I doubt I will learn how to make realistic cars.

 

i probably would try to make a 1998 grand prix GTP.

 

Now I want to ask this. Has anybody ever wanted some Alfa Romeo Loren friendly mods, especially of cars like the 75, 164,156 and so on? I appeal to modders because (not being one of you) it would be very cool to use this Italian classics in game...
Same thing for classic Fiat and Lancia Cars.
Brands could range from Autobello to other new invented brands

I personally am not a big fan of alfas and lancias and that sort of thing... they are just not cool to me. but, it would be nice to have it in the game though.
