Re: What?s your phone? Samsung Galaxy S4, I find it interesting that there is a distinctive lack of iPhones, interesting. Sent from my SGH-M919V using Tapatalk
Re: What?s your phone? I have a $30 ebay Samsung Alias II. (I used to have the first one) I'm hoping to get an Android phone for Christmas or at least my mom's old iPhone 4. - - - Updated - - - Really? My dad's Droid 2 is really slow compared to my Nexus 7.. His isn't rooted though. (He wants to sometime)
Re: What?s your phone? Yeah it's probably hard to believe. My gf has the Droid 4, and mine out performs hers in every way. It's lightening fast and just plain perfect. 16g sd card, barely any apps, mostly tools. And like 2 old school games. I spent a lot of time removing bloat-ware, crap I didn't want or use. And then optimizing memory, clock speed and the CPU governor. Text, calls, email and maybe some online time. I really don't need more than that. Damn, I sound like an old person haha. I'm only 23 and I'm already bothered by trending crap and new things.
Re: What?s your phone? It's definitely not a contest. It's an outdated, discontinued relic by todays standards.
Re: What?s your phone? I'd still rather have one of those than my Dell Axim x50. (Used to be US military property according to the sticker on the back. Got a new battery on ebay and overclocked it. )
Re: What?s your phone? Hah, I had to google that to find out what it was. I think I remember those being popular-ish...
Re: What?s your phone? Nexus 4, 16gb, quad core @1,5ghz, 2gb ram, 4,7", HD IPS screen, 8mpx camera HDR, 1,3mpx front camera, android 4.4 KitKat.
HTC One GPe. Now with 4.4 Vanilla android is the way to go. Unfortunately the Nexus device doesn't do it for me... the feel of the One is vastly superior.
Nokia Lumia 820 with Windows Phone 7.8, with Rainbowmod Also have a Galaxy Ace as a company's phone, but the Lumia beats it in every aspect the way in my opinion. Just like how windows phone's devices are so user friendly, and found them quite stable. Sticking to it for a long time i guess
HTC One on Verizon. Just barely decided last Wednesday to purchase a phone. After not having one for 20 years, my friends finally broke me down and convinced me I needed to buy one. I like it though, but only my family and 1 friend have my number
I have a Brick with a broken edge. I've taped a piece of glass on the face of it... Time to draw on buttons...
Red AT&T Galaxy S4 Stock/Rooted. Can't install custom roms (had SHOstock before) because of the AMF3 update. It took an 11 foot fall because my friends are "great" cameramen. A Trident Kraken AMS case did a good job: not a single crack or scratch on it, but the AMOLED broke under the glass from the force alone. $200 more in Samsung's wallet. Anyone with a relatively new phone should invest in a good case, as people around me have proven time and time again. I would definitely recommend the case for fellow S3/S4 users. Previously had an S2 that took a 5 minute swim. Only had to replace the USB port and the thing worked for another 14 months 'till the contract was up. I'm sticking with Samsung because I simply respect their products. I play BeamNG DRIVE on the phone through an RDP app called Splashtop. 30fps stream; looks great cause the phone is actually higher res than my monitor. Controlled with a PS3 controller for portability up to the room. I used to play ROR on my PSP 3-4 years ago through a similar app. Coolest game ever back then. Just wondering, has anyone else attempted to do this? It works great! No need for a native port of the game.
