This Or this Also where you live don't matter. I would pick the Aztek because a free custom cooler and camping in that thing would be great
Both look terrible. But while the Aztek looks deliberately so, the Multipla was notoriously designed from the inside-out to incorporate some smart accomodation and packaging solutions. That's likely the reason why the Multipla was shown at MoMA, while the Aztek is shown to kids to scare them...
Although, think of it like this. How cool you look in a aztek: "meh' How cool you look in a multipla: "Seriously -1000 uncool" The aztek is ugly, but doesn't look like a frog that ended up on a beach after being bloated by its organs being broken down to gases.
Debatable. The Multipla never tried to look cool, it was the "clever but ugly" proposition in the segment. People liked it for what it could do. The Aztek on the other hand was trying too hard to look cool and different, but just ended up being "stupid and ugly". People hate it for how inexplicably bad it looks.
I'll be honest. I voted for the Fiat first, because fish bowl life. But then I saw the 'top teir' 3 spokes the Aztek has, and instant vote change.
I would not get ever. I just think the Aztek overall is Slightly less horrible then the Multipla. I still think they could of made the multipla look better then what it is. I would rather own a Prius then either.
Well they did. The Multipla was subsequently "normalized". It looked like this for most of its career, bland but certainly not "ugly": The Aztek was never improved in this sense.
I have never seen that generation of aztek before. Normal looking, but has weird proportions. The Aztek looks actually have been improved if you count the hideous concept.
As for the look of both we can discuss this to death, or lets say 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'
The cool thing about the Multipla is that you're letting other people know that you give 0 shits about what they think about you.
The Aztek has more features especially for its time period. The Multipla is not very handy for tailgating or recreational use.
Same could be said of the Multipla then. Its only fault was looking different, but it had qualities that could massively put looks into perspective. Despite the looks, the Multipla was a sales success and won many awards. Most of the "clever" features of the Multipla were actually useful, too. At least the Multipla was restyled to look less repulsive later in its life, while retaining all of its smart solutions. Even Honda took a leaf out of the Multipla book and copied the peculiar seat arrangement, just sayin'.
