    Means that you own the game and have linked your steam account with your forum account.

    There has been some problems with the system so not everyone gets the "badge" even though they have linked their Steam account.

    Contact the devs about it or something.

    It's just kind of broken at the moment. When I linked my steam account on my account back when the vbullitin forums were still a thing it worked perfectly fine.
