What happened with ProjectIV?

    You got that a bit mixed I'm afraid, sadly he removed the original mod just to be safe, but the Vice City map (which was made by me with lots of help from swift) is still live, as well as an updated version of the GTA3 Liberty City map, which he refers to in the original thread, and even the GTA2 and GTA IV maps (the airport one at least) are still there...hopefully they will not be as bored to chase us down.

    I honestly can't fathom the byzantine web of idiocy our IP laws have tangled into. The basic purpose of IP laws is to, obviously, protect people who make things, but it seems like every time I hear about them "in the wild" it involves a large corporation either being an uber-killjoy or having no choice but to be an uber-killjoy. Surely there are changes that could be made somewhere to make things a little bit more friendly to the individual?
