If I could ask Saber one question in person, it would me “How the F*** do you have terrible FFB wheel support and zero TrackIR support for a driving game in 2022?”

It took me ages to get my FFB wheel to work right in SR, I had to do something obscure for which there is NO instructions. The control system for doing anything is fussy and confusing. Why do I have go into the “functions” menu half a dozen times sometimes before the winching points function actually works? Many such cases!
It’s a genuinely GOOD game in concept and execution of gameplay elements, I mean that sincerely. Once I actually got my wheel working I put my first 40 hours into it in like a week and a half. but the general terribly confusing controls, general confusing nature of how to do the tasks, and most of all wonky wheel support and total lack of TrackIR support almost caused me to refund the damn thing.

 

Nowadays I play mainly beamng. I used to put a lot of hours into assetto corsa and red redemption 2. The latter is unmatched in terms of visual beauty, atmosphere and story telling. Damn, I really should come back to it…

Assetto corsa competizione is impressive in almost every area, just not really my cup of tea in terms of topic and content.

I really wanted to love dirt rally series but I couldn’t. Termac physics are just awful. I’ve put only few hours between them two.
