I want realistic engine physics. In Beamng, it's impossible to drive if you have a clutch pedal. Especially when driving slowly in the city, when the engine is running at low RPMs. When the clutch is depressed, the engine RPMs immediately drop to idle. BUT THIS SHOULDN'T BE THE CASE! In modern cars, the engine helps you when shifting gears at low RPMs: the RPMs don't drop immediately, and they do so smoothly to provide you with a comfortable driving experience. Seriously, why doesn't the game have this feature? Even Assetto Corsa has it!
I'd love to see the AI and traffic improved a little. It's hard to have fun with the AI when it crashes every 20 feet. The best I can do is put it in something medium speed with great handling, like a sport model sunburst with the smaller engine, and chase it down in something that really shouldn't be able to keep up, like the burnside. Also, The AI can't handle custom configs. If you give a car more power, the AI will drive it like it's still the config you started out with and carry way too much speed into the corners. It's also too predictable. It will turn the same direction literally every single time it gets to a corner and will eventually find a loop and drive around in circles. And why does so much traffic spawn on narrow single lane roads you'd be lucky to see one car per week on irl?
I'd like to see the option when the game would use simplified traffic car if it exist (for example: the game wants to spawn pessima and at first it'll look for simplified version, if game founds it it'll use simplified if not it'll continue to use regular one)
an ibishu hopper remaster and or Italy remaster would be cool. and some better AI traffic, they need to be better at controlling the car. and can we have more diesel engines for the D-series something like the cummins 6.7L i6.
well they did add the quarry area but other than that I still think there's more to do, maybe not a full remaster but a refresh, just to clean it up a bit.
I want all the graphics. Feels like BeamNG falls further and further behind and ive got the feeling that at some point its just too big of a hurdle to try to catch up.
Weather conditions, such as fog and rain. BeamNG developers already showed they know how to manage wet roads, having rain and slippery roads in the game would be great.
Definitely something to do with the in game UI apps they have long been overdue for a revamp in my books, but who knows where next for things, I am eager to see where what comes next!
New teaser! It appears to be a new car, my guess is that it might be a car inspired by BMW, meaning I think it will be a new ETK.
I have an idea, i'v always wanted to see how many miles/kilometers a car might last but at some point I have to tern off the game and then I'd lose my progress, so I thought what if you could save the vehicles state like if you drive 100 miles the ware from it would be saved and loaded back later. (I know you can save the vehicles Jbeam state but it seems really basic and when i try to reload it all the door latches brake) So if you drive with no oil for a long time you can save the damaged engine and the Jbeam state and load it back later. But what if you crash and now the whole car is messed up and your progress is gone because you have to recover the car? well here's the second part: if you mess up the car you can use what i call "advanced vehicle recovery" insted of pressing 'left' on a controller D-pad or "insert" on a keyboard to fully repair the car, it insted will open the radial menu with the "advanced recovery tab" (it does'int exist yet btw) ware you can choose what you want to be fixed instead of fixing the whole car witch resets the odometer, what we don't want. The whole point is so you can fix the damaged parts of the car so you don't resets the odometer just like in real life. If you want to replace the engine after running without oil you can, it will only fix the engine, if the front bumper is messed up for whatever reason, you can just fix the front bumper. This is a great features to add especially for career mode, like imagine in career mode you pop a tire, it would be a lot cheaper to fix just the tire instead of fixing the whole car, at least in real life sins this is a video game and it might just charge you for just the tire even though it fixes the whole car, resetting the odometer. also if your using the vehicle configure and you get a new part it will reload the car which will reset the odometer, so I guess just save the car and add the new part (the game will do that). This night get annoying every time you need to recover the car for just casual gameplay, so in Options > Gameplay > Vehicle behavior, their could be a drop-down menu called "Vehicle recovery mode" with "Normal mode" and "Advanced mode" *this is the one ware you choose what to fix so the odometer does'int reset, just like in real life.
I really want a feature in the game that would automatically install a power steering in the car. Seriously, I'm tired of doing it manually every time (i need it because i playing with FFB wheelbase)
no, it's in the game. but by default (when you just spawn a car), the power steering is not installed, so you have to install it manually
