West Coast USA low fps bug

    This map works fine for me... some times.

    I get way over 100fps when it works but if I switch car, sometimes, the fps will drop to 17-18. This isnt dependant on the car as with the same car, sometimes it will happen, sometimes not. Anyone else experiencing this? :/
