    Due to slick roads and a driver going too fast for conditions there was a 7 car pileup.

    BREAKING NEWS: a bmw has hydroplaned into an ibishu, emergency services have been called after the wreck, in other news. the wind is slowly getting stronger as the waves get stronger, and as the water is rising the more damage is caused. so far there is about $500m in damages.

    That would be correct. National Guard officers are slowly making their way into the city and offering help for stranded citizens, as pictured below.
