Volume Very Low

Hello!
So i've been having some volume problems.
The main problem is that the volume is pretty low, and i mean low.

This is how it sounds on stock V8 Gavril with normal revs.

And this is how it sounds on the same car with high revs.
I have my game volume on 100 (not including the music which is on 50), my system volume on 100, my chatmix full on game and my headphones full on 100, and it's still too low. Anyway to fix it?
