Very Glitchy GTX960 on youtube

any 960 owners look, Do you have the youtube freeze when you keep clicking when its buffering, it completely freezes chrome and you wait a while, then it shows a green screen where the video should be. then you have to refresh it.

Also having BeamNG open in the background for a while and opening it again will cause it to crash about some GPU timeout

 

I have a GTX 960 as well, but I never had that issue.
Possibly go to GeForce experience and check if all of your GPU Drivers are up to date

 

im on the latest update, it auto downloads

 

actually that might not be an issue with you gpu - if you use chrome try disabling hardware acceleration ( "use hardware acceleration when available" in settings ), that has caused some weird glitches for me.
if that wont help and you think its your gpu i would recommend uninstalling your gpu drivers completely and then reinstalling the newest verion.
that has solved some issues for me before.
