Vehicles Not Functioning after 0.5.4 update

After recently updating the game (10 minutes ago). No car, except for the Ibishu Miramar functions, All other vehicles don't even make noise or drive. I hope this issue gets fixed very quickly. Thanks

Reinstal game and delete beamng drive folder in documents backup any mod if needed ( i recommend deleting the mods because some may be outdated and cause issues)

Deactivate all mods and delete the cache folders in Documents\BeamNG.drive
