    1979-1988 Bruckell Ward (1st Gen):

    Story:

The 1979-1988 Bruckell Ward was made to be sporty, luxurious, and spacious all at the same time. Although it was only available as a coupe body style, it came with multiple factory options. Including a Convertible, SS. Type L, and T-Top options. The Ward gained high popularity as it was used in early 1980 as a Stockcar for BeamCar, as the number 47 car. Which gained many wins thanks to its high-tech agility and performance that was ahead of its time. After the BeamCar success died out in 1985 thanks to new body styles in the sport. between 1979-1988 a police option was offered to many police stations all around the US. and in 1984 even drag cars of the Ward were specially designed for you guessed it, drag racing. And in 1989, a more aerodynamic, round, and efficient model was introduced to the Ward's production line.

    --END OF STORY--

    The Ward's real-life counterpart is a 1980-1983 Dodge Mirada.

Here's a picture of the Ward convertible option ↓

Another idea came to mind, this time something that could excite the Aussies and Kiwis on this site.

Adelaide: Based on the Holden brand, named after the city the brand was originally founded in.
Skipper: In nautical terms, a word similar to Commodore.

Originally based on the variety of RWD models built by Roth (don't know if permission would be given to reference this brand, but I just used it to fit lore), including their own Skipper model, Adelaide created their own line of sedans, wagons, and utes, built to handle the demands of Australian and New Zealand buyers.

The first generation of Skipper was introduced in 1978 and lasted until 1988, under the chassis codes of SB (78-80), SC (80-81), SH (81-84), SK (84-86) and SL (86-88).

Notables of the first generation Skipper include their offering of a turbocharged Ibishu I6 in the late 80s, as well as keeping the V8 option around when Gavril's Australian division had axed it.

Later in 1988, Adelaide introduced the second generation Skipper, which lasted through 1997, through chassis codes of SN (1988-91), SP (91-93), SR (1993-95) and SS (95-97).

This generation was notable for being offered as a rebadged form by Arima (yet again, don't know if permission would be given to reference this brand), called the Mast, and also being rebadged as the Roth Dunkirk (based on the Opel Calais, which was named after the French city, and Dunkirk is a city East of Calais), as well as Adelaide replacing the Ibishu I6 with a Soliad V6 that was adapted for use in RWD applications.

A new platform came with the third generation Skipper in 1997, this time sourced from the Roth Alpha. A ute version wouldn't come until 2000, until then, the SS ute continued being sold. Chassis codes for this generation of Skipper are as follow: ST (97-00), SX (00-02), SY (02-04), and SZ (04-07).

During this time, the first 4-door ute would hit the market with the SY model, and the Skipper would see it's first rebadges under the Bruckell brand, as the Bruckell Alpha, primarily in South American markets, though those sales were short lived, as they were dropped in the middle of the SX's production. There were plans for a LHD Soliad version for the US market, but they were canned.

The final Aussie-built generation of Skipper came in 2006, going through two chassis codes, SE (2006-13) and SF (13-17). SE Skippers were initially sedan-only, as SZ wagons and utes were built through 2007. Plans for a US-spec were finally realized, as the short lived SE-based Soliad Wendover revival from 2008-10 (plans for a Wendover ute and wagon were canned early, though a Wendover Sport Truck concept was shown to the public), and the also short lived SF-based Bruckell Moonhawk revival from 2014-17.

Both models were short lived because their sales never stood up compared to the established Bruckell Bastion that they shared the showroom floor with.

The tale of the Skipper came to a close with the final ZS model, which was simply a rebadged Roth Medallion, only offered in sedan and wagon forms. The Medallion/Skipper also saw sales in the US as the Soliad Dignity, which would see it's end around the same time as the Skipper. Sales of the ZS Skipper ran from 2018-2020, as the Adelaide brand saw it's demise around the same time, and Roth would see itself sold to a French manufacturer.

Would be cool to see someone try their hand at this concept, though with it's lore involving brands of other folks' creation, it could make the entire lore a massive challenge.
