This us really neat, but it seems that Hirochi is more of a flat-4 company. My reasoning goes as follows- Looking at the two Hirochis we have in game, there is no reason for Hirochi to have two engines of the same cylinder count, relatively the same displacement, roughly the same power density potential, being sold in the same market. Now, that isn't to say that these things never happen (Supra/Camry, 9-2X/9-3, various toyota I4s), but it doesn't really make a lot sense from a lore perspective. Jared (Ferretank) said that he would have had the Sunburst as a flat-4 vehicle if he was working at BeamNG at the time. It would help to differentiate Ibishu and Hirochi, and make the Sunburst, and Hirochi as a whole, a lot more interesting The Sunburst is in much worse condition quality wise than the SBR and hasn't been updated in a while It is much easier to switch the Sunburst to a boxer-4 than to switch the SBR4 to an inline It would tie the two Hirochis closer, and allow for more potential parts sharing and make adding to the Hirochi lineup much easier Assuming that they are going to standardize the Hirochi engines, they would more or less have to give the Sunburst a boxer because the Piccobuggy already uses the SBR's boxer

The new ETK 800 sedan body is great. One thing I'm missing from the ETK 800 options, is a FWD "transfercase". Specifically it's a generic German D-segment vehicle, so if you squint a bit, it can be an Audi, and what's more Audi a longitudinal FWD layout? I've made the transfer case myself and it works well, but it'd be neat if it was provided by the game itself. common\vehicles\common\etk\etk_transmission.jbeam Code: "etk_transfer_case_FWD": { "information":{ "authors":"BeamNG", "name":"FWD Transfer Case", "value":300, }, "slotType" : "etk_transfer_case", "powertrain" : [ ["type", "name", "inputName", "inputIndex"], ["shaft", "transfercase", "gearbox", 1, {"outputPortOverride":[2], "friction":0.2, "dynamicFriction":0.00018, "uiName":"Front Output Shaft"}], ], "nodes": [ ["id", "posX", "posY", "posZ"], //--tcase weight-- {"selfCollision":false}, {"collision":false}, {"nodeMaterial":"|NM_METAL"}, {"frictionCoef":0.5}, {"group":"etk_transmission"}, {"nodeWeight":20}, ["tcase", 0.13, -0.43, 0.33], {"group":""}, ], "beams": [ ["id1:", "id2:"], {"beamType":"|NORMAL", "beamLongBound":1.0, "beamShortBound":1.0}, {"beamSpring":1500600,"beamDamp":60}, {"beamDeform":30000,"beamStrength":"FLT_MAX"}, ["tcase","e1r"], ["tcase","e3r"], ["tcase","e1l"], ["tcase","e3l"], ["tcase","tra1"], {"beamPrecompression":1, "beamType":"|NORMAL", "beamLongBound":1.0, "beamShortBound":1.0}, ], }, A next step would be to move the engine forward so it rests in front of the front axle, but that's probably not a very significant driving experience change. The current situation with the FWD transfercase above already feels somewhat like a >= B8 A4.
2010 Ibishu Akio (2010 RAV4) Backstory: In the late 2010s Ibishu thought of making the perfect family car. Small,Reliable,Efficient and affordable. And with that the Akio was born! Turns out the Akio proved to be a great success! It soon became so popular that. Ibishu made a GL version. Suited for North American and European markets. Although over time the fame of the Akio faded as it was no match for Gavril's Family Cruiser as it had more features and cost less to fix. But the fame returned after the Family Cruisers were recalled for poorly built parts.
