Pretty sure he was joking, but ok...
You may call this rapid suggestion run a "Puławy Car Pack",as it is somewhat inspired by my town's rolling stock:

Spoiler: Techincal Data
- 2.4L Turbo I4 - 260hp
- 3.5L N/A V6 - 260hp
- F4 Layout only
- 6-speed Automatic
- 6-speed Manual
it would be awesome if we could get this
a link-belt 800 X2 material handler
weight 80 metric tons or 176,439 lbs
engine an isuzu
and a top speed of 2.6 mph
I think a better engine palette would be a 2.5 I4 turbo ~240 HP and 3.5 V6 ~280 HP, the car needs an FWD option (but no manual option, preferably only a CVT) and some Nissan Murano influence up front.
And trademarked names are not allowed.
Hirochi Nebula-Eunos Cosmo
I have so many questions just on this choice for the model name.
1. Starim isn't a common word at all, I only saw a few songs that just happen to use that name from searching it up (seems that the name might have Serbian origins).
2. On top of that, Starim remotely has nothing to do with space (or the cosmos for that matter). From my searches, it likely means 'getting old'.
3. It doesn't even sound like a model name to begin with, let alone something that would fit a lore-friendly car inspired by the Eunos Cosmo. It almost sounds like you just made the name up (or didn't do research for a better sounding and fitting name).
Does fit in a way, but there's already an Mercury that has the exact name for its model name.
Maybe Celestia or Nebula instead?
If it is made up, then what? Tons of car names are.
Someone needs to make the Gat Mobile from Saints Row in Beam as a mod, because that would be absolutely hilarious IMO. If I ever learn enough to I might do it myself.
Spoiler: Gat Mobile
Yeah, but they have a cohesive combination of names. This one on the other hands I can barely tell what the combination even is here. It starts with Star, but the rest I just don't see.
1981 - 1988 Bruckell Majesty Stretch ( Based off the 1985 Lincoln Town Car and 1987 Cadillac Brougham limousines )
The Bruckell Majesty was a luxurious 4 door sedan designed to turn heads and makes others envy the lucky passengers in the back seat, so imagine how much people envy those who get to ride in the back of the Majesty Stretch! Coming equipped with a 4.9L V8 that makes 250hp in order to haul around it's 3.75 ton body, a 3 speed automatic transmission, a TV, Bar, Phone, climate controls and a radio for both the driver and passengers.
Junker: This Bruckell Majesty use to belong to a famous Pop-star, but he spent most of his money on "non-legal substances," so he disappeared into the back of a squad car decades ago, and his limo was left to rot in a back alley where he was found buying products from his dealer. Since then the Limo has been a VIP area for some homeless folk, a place for gang members and punks to practice graffiti, and even a dumpster for guys who think they're too busy to go look for a real trash can.
V.I.P: The V.I.P is the standard trim level of the Majesty Stretch, coming equipped with everything it advertises in the brochure. It also has the option of a boomerang antenna, leather seats, blacked out rear windows, whitewalls, and chrome rims.
Rock Star: This heavily modified Majesty has been given a Blower put atop it's engine along with a tune up, increasing it's HP output to just over 400. It's also been given Side Pipes, a AWD system, a Red interior, and a custom Dark Red paint job. This Limo is incredibably fun to drive, just make sure some psycho didn't put some Boomshine in the drinks cabinet before taking off!
Exterior and Interior: (Based off the V.I.P model)
2009 Gavril Grand Marshal
(Based off of the 2009 Chevy Malibu)

A Honda Civic would be a better car to base a new Covet off of given that Ibishu is clearly meant to be of Japanese origin. With the exception of the last two, those trims you suggested are also actual trims on the Civic. Well, except its more like this (for the 2014 model anyways. I know this because I have a 2014 Civic EX).
DX - Base (not 100% sure if this trim still existed in 2014, but it was the base at one point)
LX - Mid (this is the most common trim)
EX - Luxury trim
EX-L - Luxury trim with all options
I was thinking of a civic, but a civic is way to stereotypical for for a modern covet.. I just thought of another car that was compact, or sporty
Bruckell is much more of a Buick/Olds-like brand than Cadillac-like one.
