Vehicle spawning inside environment objects

After a few hard collisions, with a few different vehicles I am encountering one problem in specific. . . After the collision, and spawning, a tree or rock maybe in the way when you 'spawn in place.' Now most of the time when this happens it is difficult to get off the object, in some cases spawning dozens of times or spawning until the game crashes.

 

Sometimes I bring up the world editor and move the object about 10 feet and that does the trick.

 

I usually just go to free cam (shift+c), move around(w,a,s,d), and then I press f7 when at the place of my choice. I hope that helps before it's fixed.
