Vehicle selector - extreme loading times

I searched for it in this forum, yet nobody seemed to have the issue:

Basically, each time I try opening the vehicle selector, it takes around 5 - 15 seconds to open it. I hear my HDD booting up like a MF. This happened just recently, and I'm aware it is being caused by the amount of mods I have installed, however, it worked flawlessly beforehand.

Can I/You do something about it?

Didnt search very hard then, thread below yours is same issue and the bug reports thread is full of it.

The upcoming hotfix update will improve/solve this.
