Utah's scenic route chase

I was lazy of choosing a title for the thread or something... hmm... anyways here a sort of a 3 minute video on a 70s police chase in the mid 80s on Utah's scenic route.

 

Why does it have to be so glitchy? It's part of the aesthetic, i get that, but it's just too much.

 

Sorry for the late responds, but I went overboard with the VHS effects.

I know I'm late to the party, but if you see this, how did you make the cars follow eachother? did you use the follow and chase functions, or did you find a way to play multiple replays at once?
