Upload file format

Just a small suggestion/question.

It would be super if we could ditch the .zip preferred on the file upload. Since I was a wee little lad and first started messing with computers, I steered away from winzip. It's an unstable, buggy, picky program that only causes problems.

And from what I've been reading, I'm not the only one who has had problems with it.

Please allow .rar files to be uploaded. Winrar is the only file compression program I use.


(PS: I haven't been able to look at attached photos on this forum for weeks. The thumbnail shows but when I click it it just loads forever and ever. Tried it on 3 different computers.)

 

You can select the zip format in winrar. right click on the file you want to zip, then click on add to archive, then change archive format from rar to zip.

 

Well, I'm embarrassed. I should have know that, having used winrar for so long.
