Update Speculation thread

I just want to know if their would ever be a chance of a dark mode ui? Kind of like the new f10 menu maybe but an option in the settings and white as default? idk

EDIT: **** LOL.... There is a dark theme button, but still it would be cool if you put on the dark them we got dark thumbnails

 

I do believe dark mode menus are in the game, but I don’t know where they are.

 

Just go to the User Interface section of the settings menu, where you can set any color you want for the menus and other buttons/boxes/nodes/etc. I think at one point they planned on replacing it with a more conventional light mode/dark mode selector, but I haven't heard much about it.

 

But only two and (I don't remember who were making D-series) dev said that he don't want make more frames. Now we have a lot of them. So maybe we'll get something similar with other cars like for example ETK 800 series sedan/coupe in the future.

 

I get what you're trying to say, but the 800 series doesn't have a frame, since it's a unibody vehicle.

Anyone noticed the D-Series has a short frame option? I haven't seen a config with this (could just be blind), 'nor can I find a cover for the rear part so I'm not sure if it's intentionally missing a back end

 

Probably there are missing parts for it. That why it isn't in config menu yet.

Well I thought that because maybe the devs are making another vehicle from the concepted vehicles list and there was a vehicle on there that was named 2014 Ibishu Covet

 

By that logic it could be nearly anything else we've had hints of over the years

Actually just stumbled on this in the 0.18 discussion thread related to the short frame earlier (right click and click "open image in new tab" if it's too small

 

Wouldn’t be at all surprised if the cap was a “hotfix plus bonus content” type of release. Maybe we could even see the crawler Hopper in a release like this, who knows. It seems pretty done.

 

Honestly since this got released so far before Christmas, I wouldn't be surprised if a mini-update came before the end of the year featuring the Hopper, and this is a long shot, but maybe that new RR car?
