Edit: After going to the spot where this is from I have changed my initial observation. It's the new steam library which is in open beta (look online on how to enable it). Also I don't believe there are no vehicles that we don't currently have.
Alright, if we go in order, the cars go: Left side (going back) ETK 800, 200BX, Covet, ETK I, Legran, Moonhawk, 1988 Pessima, Pigeon, orange blob with dark roof (Likely Burnside), H15, Roamer. Right side (going back) Barstow, Bolide, Grand Marshall, ETK K, Miramar, Autobello, D15, T75. This picture has to have been taken pre-0.17, since the Legran still has the older high roof, and the Covet has its older shape, so I highly doubt that there's a new car in there anywhere, considering that it would've been taken at a point before the Bluebuck was even finished.
I didn't believe it myself until I fired up Beamng and looked closer, but that dark blue car on the left edge is indeed the ETK 800 - the strange slivery-grey shape is the headlight, and the black object is the front grille of a model without brushed trim. I had briefly managed to convince myself that the headlight was merely a reflection in the front quarter-panel, and that the black shape was a rubber headlight bezel. I was thinking that it was maybe a Swedish car, grille-less like a Merkur XR4Ti, but with Saab influences. The proportions were way off for that anyway though. I wonder if that rework to Utah finally means that parking lot on the one end of the map will finally get Bob's mysterious building put in.
I don't notice anything actually different about Utah in that image, it still has same textures and models as current one. The only distinct thing about it is the time of day/weather being changed from default.
In A Rocky Start the player has to deliver a crate engine to Bob, but it goes to the random empty parkinglot.
Correct. I'm expecting @DoullPepper to be the one putting in a building there. My guess at this point in time is that Bob is running a towing company, and the dev team delayed putting in the building in the hopes of adding the D-series tow truck at the same time. There's still no word on the D-series, but the flatbed wrecker T-series might bring us Bob soon anyway.
