Update Speculation thread

The logo is one story, but we also have the hood design (at least the bonnet) in the picture, I think that gives just as much.

 

New upcoming vehicle!

A new marque arrives...

 

What evidence there is to support idea that new marque and air cooled rear engine vehicle would be the same vehicle?

It could be possible that there are two vehicles?

Maybe unlikely though, but what I currently know does not necessarily mean there being just one new vehicle, even their color is different

 

Where is the pic of the logo

As long as t doesn't at 60kmh+ it's okay . Would be fun to have AEB city

 

It seems that the road sign prop was meant to have more variants.

There are textures for Slow, Winding Road, Left Turn, and Sharp Left Turn signs in roadsigns_01_d.dds

The engine looks like a Beetle engine.

Also, the Beetle hood has a similar bulge in the center, as well as the Type 3 one.

Combine the hood's design with a dead ringer for the VW flat-4, and you either have a Beetle or a Type 3.

The rear is too sloped for a Type 2 and too steep for a Karmann-Ghia.

 

im honestly just waiting for the mod for the "boltswagon veetle" or whatever they call it that adds a front mounted supercharged V8 and drag tyres

 

Since everyone is guessing at it I would be willing to bet its a VW Beetle and Fiat 500/600 mashup of sorts.

According to a staff pick, the letters are "A B." What would that mean? Would it be in German or Italian?

Is this car going to be based on a VW Beetle or not? (@_@)

 

It might be VW-based....

 

There are way too many Japanese cars than German cars in ths game.

 

There's a good chance of a VW Beetle. The car is rear engined, the one in the picture appears to be. The engine looks similar to the Beetle's engine. And the logo on the front, AB, sounds like a good knockoff of VW.

 

If it's German...maybe Auto Bavaria? IDK.
