Update Speculation thread

About old stuff... I wonder if we ever see again old amount of grass/gravel/sand/mud particles. I loved driving in "industrial area" on the first spawn track just to see this.

I remember getting a glorious cloud of sand here...

...now all we get is whatever the hell this is :|
Even though they're not the best for performance, I'd absolutely love the option to have them back!

I remember long trail of dust behind the car on Small Island and big "clouds" of grass. That was amazing.

 

Is there a new update coming today? there is an update queued, and I can not play the game (game encrypted)

 

I have restarted steam 4 time, and my computer 1 time, still an update waiting, and now I cant get stuff done, because the game cant start. getting mad here

 

A sliding door for the box upfit for the T-Series? I hope that's also for the H-Series.

 

I'm going to look for that in-game, see if i can find that, that's a very interesting find.

Went to play BeamNG, And this happened:



and my GPU is "top of the line" according to my dad.

 

@CaptanW had the same issue. Here's how he fixed it:

1. Uninstall BeamNG
2. Uninstall Steam
3. Delete BeamNG folder in Documents
4. Restart Windows
5. Disable antivirus
6. Reinstall Steam
7. Reinstall BeamNG

It's a complicated proccess, but it worked.

 

I have done 4. and 1. now in progress with 7.

Suprised that we haven't seen any development pics of any cars... Either not working on any or a suprise...

I'm guessing we aren't getting a Christmas suprise though, too soon

 

To be honest, Gabester's injuries have pushed back any vehicle development a long, long way. I honestly thought that the lack of new development screenshots and statements meant that we may be seeing a surprise vehicle for 0.11. However, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that we won't be getting any new vehicles for 2018. It's a little sad, sure, but that's just our current rate of vehicle development right now.

 

unless if @gabester is willing to give us an update on his condition. (I hope he is feeling much better) he did say that there are other vehicle artists but with no new vehicle pics since the hopper, i'm with you.
