Well I think that having a nice park inside the city is also a good idea. If only that park wasn't full of jagged cliffs...
if i had any idea about modifying maps, or creating them, i would do some alterations to WCUSA. mainly for the lack of any Rock Crawling areas.
It looks cool, but it is wayy too unrealistic for dev quality... What he did here is the same trick that @SergentFido did with his repainted rustbucket olds. If devs would put something like this in game it would most likely be a full blown scratch simulation with scratches genarated of the direction of the crash and the amount abd position of contact patches, but this would also need a more detailed jbeam and small dents sim.
i just wanted to see if it would work that way... and it did, to a degree. but it was purely experimental.
That's been there for so long. Snow, wind, and other stuff is possible. There's even a few mods for rainy maps
okay every stock non super charged engine in the vanilla game is under powered for its time and for now a days. so a 6.0,6.4,6.6,6.6 diesel v8s for van and pickup hopper fuel injection roamer devs dont update you a lot so why would they now grand marshal <^-^> will be your next engine a face 200bx your a 200bx so having a engine that isnt 2.0 is not right burnside your old barstow/moonhawk you are good in power covet 3.0 square 4 got nothing else
You would need to be able to control material switching in a similar way broken beams also show damage on the mesh, instead of an entire flexbody and a deformGroup in order to have realistic scratches and dents with the current JBeam system. Dents could be done with normal maps. If we can make parts of meshes disappear via broken beams, maybe material switching could be done on the fly by the engine in the same manner. Though I am probably wrong on this, but I thought I would mention it.
What? 1. Invest in some english lessons 2. Power levels are perfect in every car, you don't need 1000hp in the hopper, It wouls do fine with 60hp. Different intake options would be nice for the hopper, but they are not required. It could use with lets say 4liter 4cyl turbodiesel, as the I4 or I6 lack a bit of torque for more extreme crawling.
New Achievement is here! We could get a winter edition of one or few maps... I think they could do the winter theme on the forgotten derby map.
So I looked through the game files and I just have to ask... Who are Cristin, Justin and Sam???? Why does each have a color associated with them? Spoiler Now I'm even more confused.
Probably associated with this: https://www.beamng.com/threads/micro-blog-s-2017.34617/page-2#post-729956
If so, then I found probably the first in-game piece of Career mode EDIT: I'm currently investigating this thing, I might post more if I find something interesting EDIT 2: The models refered in the files are a bunch of stairs and garbage bags. So either it's something to do with cleaning garbage around WCUSA, or the files are probably placeholders.
As strange as it would be for devs to put their real name in a file, I have a feeling that's probably all it is. Why is @Driv3r1142 rating all of these posts as funny? And Hutch... why is everyone rating everything funny today?
