That just goes to show the state the world is in right now, scary to think about isn’t it?

If we think from a gameplay perspective… adding military weapon‑carrying vehicles doesn't really make much sense either. First, the developers would have to spend a long time researching technologies that are almost never seen on civilian cars. Second, these vehicles have very limited usage scenarios—they can't be driven and used everywhere like other cars in the game. I think it's not worth the time and cost to build a vehicle that can't be used in most maps, especially when even forklifts and mining trucks can be used in most environments.

Moreover, military weapons mean explosion and destruction effects need to be implemented, which would require more realistic smoke and fire particle effects, as well as environmental destruction and more authentic shockwave physics—this only adds more development time and pressure…

So I believe that if the developers consider making vehicles from Eastern Europe or the Soviet Union, choosing a civilian car is a much better decision than making a military one.

I also don't want to see people using those military vehicles to make low-quality videos just to attract kids, which could cause trouble for BeamNG and get it labeled as violent. There are already many children watching videos of this game…

I've never said it has to be a military weapon-carrying vehicle. It could be a much bigger T-series with off-road and better towing capacity to the detriment of his size. The engine is one of the most interresting part, a V12 producing 520 hp for 2 150 Nm at 1 200 Tr/min. The V8 in the T-series can produces more than 1 000 hp or much more and aproximatively 3 000 Nm, but it's penalized by it lighter weight than the soviet 8x8. And if the V8 can procude all this power, I don't even dare to imagine teh V12 producing even more power and torque than the T-series's biggest engine.

This is of course interesting! In fact, I think the T series needs a high-performance variant that can be used for truck racing, In this way, V12 can be used, and a version suitable for the wild is also needed, just like the B series.

Perhaps the production cycle of T series can also be extended to 2000's, just like those American trucks in reality, developers should indeed provide more truck engine configurations.

Oh, and something I forgot to mentionned is the fact the soviet 8x8 features a hydromechanical transmission with a 3-speed planetary gearbox, coupled to a two-speed transfer case. I think we select the gear ourselves, like if we have activated the clutch assistant in the options of the game, selecting a gear with the H-gearbox controller without touching the clutch pedal. And of course, it should have the clutch thermal simulated.
That could be a "new mechanic" for the gearbox.
Also, the engine is a V12 38.8 liters.
