I'm really thinking this might have a engine similar to the Ford Triton V10. Also how cool would it be if we got a V16 engine sometime in a future beamng update? With the recent emergence of the Bugatti Tourbillion? Idk just food for thought. Maybe on something older.
Could drop in about two weeks, but usually when the creator program updates, the update will drop in like a week or two.
the MD truck that has been being teased, we might get a more emergency vehicle variants. Then again you can really stretch the MD truck as basically a semi truck, can do dump truck, pick up, cargo, tow truck, fire trucks.. just hopium. just hope to get a "somewhat real" firetruck, just want that q siren stock, we are getting ever so closer of it being something real.
I love the new d(55(65?)) it looks awesome I also love how they seem to be taking some ford inspirations instead of making it more of a Chevy like with the durham if we are lucky we might see a belasco diesel based on the gm-detroit diesel engines or maybe a small version of the v8 diesel found in the t-series 3d model
Or a Peugeot 107! Now that I'm thinking about it, Hirochi could use the 0.9 I3 from the Aurata, only detuned for more pedestrian use, with a lower idle and without the 8000rpm rev limiter (say with 69hp and 90Nm/66lb-ft, with a 900rpm idle and a 6500rpm rev limiter), and collaborate with Cherrier for making a small and light (under 900kgs) mid-00s or mid-10s City Car. Hirochi could offer its 0.9 I3 as the base engine, while Cherrier could use its 1.2 I3 without the turbocharger (that's 71hp and 110Nm/81lb-ft, according to the Torque Curve UI App) as the top offering! Presenting something non-functional isn't the BeamNG way, I'd say. I mean, we have the PTO, the hydraulic pump, the hand throttle and the air compressor systems ready from the T-Series remake! --- Post updated --- The new truck looks great! It even has side stacks!! Can't wait to drive it!!!
Steam players are gonna have heart attacks and start a mob when they "realize" (we know its not the case, but they were never told...) that they waited 6 months for a mod to become official.
As a steam player with years of content that game out on a consistant 3 month cycle with a completely new car or remastered car. It might seem annoying to have an update 3 months "late", and the main feature is "only" having a mod become official with some visual tweaks. (I don't know if the durham is becoming official, but when I saw the teaser guess what the first thing I though of was?)
Like I've said before, Stormworks players started forming a mob (with IRL location death threats) when the dev's broke a SECTION. NOT THE WHOLE GAME! for less than 2 days.
