The Grand Marshal is a yacht, because it's a big, full-size car.

I think "Land Yacht" is more about older large luxurious and slow American cars (not trucks or SUVs), with slushbox autos and sponges for suspension. Not a crown vic (Ie the Grand Marshall). Crown vics are large but they can move quickly and without 25 degrees of body roll. They also were not slow and did not have hyper-squishy suspension.

I'd usually agree with you but as a European that'd mean bmw's, audis, volkswagen saloons are land yachts? To end the debate sedan/saloon= full-size car

 

I forgot one thing. Land yachts were called that because of their size AND crappy handling (Handling, like a boat). This however was used more for describing American luxury sedans and coupes. I think if it fits a certain car, it would have to be both large and with crappy handing, So usually something with uber-squishy suspension.

If it fits in all the "sedan and coupe", "large" and "crappy handling" categories, I think it could fit in the "land Yacht" category.

The T-series has some new files, looks like we'll get a twin steer, V8, driven front axle, transfercase for front axle drive, air powered axle lift and a lifted walking beam I think. This should lead to a 6x6 and possibly 8x8 (hopefully the twin steer setup will have driven axles) and tag axles

I think the C500 might be a bit of a stretch because those are fully designed for off-highway usage, we'll probably get something more for mostly road use. Similar to the examples below, not dedicated to off-highway use like the C500 but with a bit of offroad capability

 

I do remember the devs saying something about adding a V8 later on in the patch notes.

One of the T-Series IRL counterparts was the Ford L-Series, which could be found once in awhile as a twin steer. Also could be found with a ton of engine options, including Ford gasser V8's and detroit diesel 2 stroke V8's
