Update Speculation thread

thats been updated on and off for a while now. Now we're all mostly just waiting for the public branch anyways

 

When’s the last time the creator program was updated if you don’t mind?

Do you think they will update it again before public release?

 

They usually don't, they did update it last time but i think it might have been a bug or something else

 

If I had to guess (speculate) I'd say they're targeting next week for release and the minivan will be included

My guess would be they would target it for July 7th, as that's when the actual Gambler 500 takes place.

If they were smart, they'd target the 5th or 6th to give them time for any "day 1" patches there may be.

 

There's a good chance of that happening. The Steam Summer Sale is happening, so maybe they want to update the game during it.

 

if any one remembers the "track of the americas" leak thing i think that this is where that could have been taken, making this new automation track the same track as in the leak.

 

Why would they use the name Circuit of the Americas then?

 

You mean Circuit of the Americas? That was no doubt the actual real world track, but why it appeared in that "leak" is something we will probably never know lol.

I wonder if the new mirrors are ready for release. The latest teaser didn't seem to have them, but it seems like progress was already quite far when they sneaked into the files (last update?), so they could be stable now

 

What do you mean by mirrors? Like the mirrors on the side of cars? The new minivan teaser had mirrors. ( am I missing something?)

I forget where but they said it was an accident and should not be expected in game.
