I honestly believe that the bulk of the model/texture work is already completely finished. Same goes for the modern truck we were shown sometime back. The devs have a history of making us think that something isn't finished when it actually is.

 

Also, even though not offical content, the SSRB map was supposed to be updated after someting to do with 0.26 or 0.27 (as it's a Dev made map), but what feature it was awaiting is unknown

Kind of what happened with tire thermals, was confirmed by Tdev for 0.26, and then never heard of again

The caption says "fired up" though, with a fire emoji too, wouldn't be the first time they hint at the car (or truck) in the caption

 

If this is a big European van from the 60s/70s/early 80s (like a Mercedes-Benz T2 or an early model of a Volkswagen LT, for example), I think we can speculate about a slow and gutless (but, somehow, still awesome) naturally aspirated diesel engine.

 

the question is how many cylinders 4 or 6? maybe both.

 

Definitely both, maybe we’ll see a 5 cylinder too.

 

I am wayy more excited to see more of the new fire truck than the trophy truck, heck even the etk remaster (although the etk k is one of my favourite cars). It’s just something completely new to the game with such vast possibilities!!

Yeah, the trophy truck didn´t interest me personally in the slightest.
The unexpected euro truck certainly lifted up my spirits for next one or two updates when it gets released!
