He means the 0.25 Update. 0.25 is a quarter of the final 1.00 release!

I mean, they could release the "full game" at any time, but yes, it's a quarter of the way to one (in numerical terms)! (Not trying to sound rude)

I didn't use a tool to count the numbers of words in the 0.24 changelog..

And Tdev did a Q&A session with us like 5 days ago and confirmed some features and such, what's planned for the game

 

To be honest the QnA session might have been one of my favourite moments in the thread, i'm certain it likely will neer happen again unless an update takes this long a second time around but it was incredible just to help answer alot of the confusion and also give us a decent roadmap of what we can try and expect
