the last time was because of a massive argument that erupted, it hasn't happened this time yet so the thread's still open
I would love to see a pre facelift (dino/stratos inspired with a little pantera, 2.4L V6 and 3.2L V8 stock models, turbo 037 style rally car), and a 288 style box fender twinturbo rally monster for bolide. It would be cool to see Civetta to have more rally-focused racing operations than comparable IRL (and currently-nonexistent lore-freindly) exotic carmakers.
I wonder if this game is going to have some sort of home base in each of the main maps for the player to walk around in during career mode.
that'd be cool rather than just one garage for garage mode. the shop in utah would be perfect if it got more detail inside
I wonder if the Bolide will get a drag version with a huge stage 3 turbo. If not then I will make it a config myself
it seems that just about every car gets either a drag or hillclimb config, i'd imagine the bolide will get the latter. the bastion does raise some questions in that regard, because while a drag version is almost certain, I don't think a hillclimb version would be completely out of the question.
the main problem there is that the street machine is already pretty much at the limits of the engine's reasonable output, and the chassis' ability to handle said power. even if they were to add an official engine conversion, the chassis and suspension would need a complete overhaul, meaning you'd likely be looking at a "super-build"-esque config, akin to the hoppler or prerunner, which I don't see as being all too likely considering we've already got the somewhat disparately conceived baja piccolina.
Yeah the Piccolina kinda sucks at high speed driving, and when you try the stronger baja suspension then it just rolls over because it's top heavy then lol. But a sunroof would be really cool and realistic for an Italian car.
The piccolina is basically a city car, not meant for some highways even, like, you go above 100kmh and it feels wobbly and unstable, but thats expected, since its tiny, and well, snappy since rear engined.
or a retractable soft top, like how the beetle did, and the fiat 500 of that era iirc, not a convertible, but the ... idk. what do you even call it... :thonking:
i think if we were gonna get a piccolina remaster i'd like to have a modern piccolina too, some sort of mix between the "new" beetle and the current 500s
i think it'd probably be a seperate model if they were to do something like that, the cincequento and 500 were never related i don't think would be a cool addition though as something to share the market space with the covet
