I don't know what to say, either this is a typo or there very well could have been another car in the works behind the scenes.

There are 27 cars in the game currently. Add the Wigeon and you get 28.

Whatever it is, I really hope it's from an existing brand.

Civetta could really use a new car more than any other brand given how the Bolide was one of the first cars in the game and then Civetta hasn't gotten anything since.

 

I'm pretty sure they are just counting the Vivace and Tograc as separate vehicles like they do in the documentation system and in their own official thread. I think the only reason they are considered the same vehicle in the vehicle selector is that they share some of the same parts, but I can't find the quote for that.

That could be the case, but at the same time they are classed as the same car by the game. They're basically the same bar different body panels and a few other minor changes.

I guess we'll just have to wait for an official response.
