Plus aren't trophy trucks typically RWD anyway to accommodate to sharp corners on the tracks and stuff? (btw I just realized that the WCUSA trophy circuit will actually have purpose now that we have the proper truck for it)
not sure if its a tie rod or a axle but looks like its an axle. Plus in the thread for it ferrettank said that it would be 4wd
That has to be in front of or behind the coil spring, which from another angle is seen to line up with almost the center of the wheel hub.
That thread is also called "the modular [truck]". There's a lot of configs for this vehicle. Solid front axle, IFS, "It won't have twin I beam at least for right now, mayyybeee in the future it's a possibility but I wouldn't get your hopes up". Note: It does have 4WD IFS option. See here TLDR: It has 4WD and RWD IFS options.
That's true, but for it being a derby game, and with AI introduced before any deviation from the derby idea (0.3.7.4 is the earliest record I found of AI; with a note of it moving location), it's odd that there isn't a scenario. (not a complaint, an observation) "AI moved to HTML sidebar, also added new mode: keep distance"
I think they're just the tie rods. On a truck of that caliber turning 40"+ tires with a powerful V8, I would expect the axles to be much beefier. Those wheels are actually in-game right now. They're called SamPerf Trophy 1000s.
wow, i mean, if there's not some wacky super surprise update tomorrow, i'm betting a next tuesday release
What about JRI? Will we be getting a remaster in the new update, I wonder. It was teased briefly some time ago, and I wonder if we'll be getting that.
Probably not, it would be very surprising to have a map from a concept sketch shown 2 months ago, basically giving the devs a month to create a whole new map
There are multiple in game screenshots from months ago on Nadeox1's imgur that showed it with many details that wouldn't be on a super unfinished map.
