Yeah, I beefed up the rebound damping and the quick damping a bit, I want to build it into sort of an overland rig, so I'm sticking with a relatively mild suspension lift and 33-inchers. Thanks!
Here's one of my more recent builds. its a tubed-out Hopper with fabricated axle housings and coilovers all around. It rides on 38" tires and is powered by a measly 2.5L 4-cylinder, backed with boatloads of gear reduction for motivation. This crawler is more of a gentle giant with nearly every bit of dead weight removed to help it along. It works fairly well and articulates great for something with such short (relative to other builds I've seen) coilovers to maintain a low COG.
"1992 SR1 Tracer 4x4" Created by me in "Automation" still a work in progress but finally tried it out in BeamNG. I'm pretty happy with it overall so figured that I would share what i had so far. I would say though that if your messing in Automation like me an your using a wheel in BeamNG i wouldn't add power steering in Automation as the force feedback is pretty weak. Any way just wanted to share my current project. Hope everyone has a Happy Halloween!
