I like me a good turbo :( Its not very Italian though. As much as I love turbochargers, to me an Italian car speaks to me as being a refined naturally aspirated engine, they don't like the "crudeness" associated with forced induction.
Performance hybrids, sound on paper. But to me, that is also very non Italian.
chevrolet, so likely crap that will break within a few miles of the dealership. More futile keeping a GM vehicle roadworthy than it is to break out of Alcatraz with nothing but a milk carton.

True, GM cars are generally quite bad quality.

I think that Sesto Elemento is uglier than Veneno because Sesto's headlights are too small.

The people bashing on the idea of a turbocharged Ferrari have never heard of the 288 GTO or the F40?

Ok now try to change gears within 50 mile seconds with a stick... We are not talking about a AE86 or a Silvia! Ferrari's are high performance race cars and at high speeds you would need an padle shifter believe me!

I have, I also think they are un-italian.
Now I just quoted the wrong post, amazing. But how many people race a ferrari? If I am cruising across a beautiful vista I want to feel at one with the beautiful car, H shifter please. Sure, on a track, DCT is cool, but please for the love of god offer a stick.

True. But I prefer cars that are driven to be enjoyed. Unless you're an actual race driver, I think manuals are just better for driving.

Gotta agree with that! After all my 2 dream cars are manual (Toyota AE86 Trueno and Ford GT), so I can't complain!

They weren't made for being a Ferrari. The 288 GTO was a race car, and the F40's only purpose was to beat the Porsche 959.

    FSO Polonecch :p

The back looks like a Subaru Forester knockoff.

The liftback model looks awesome though.

And? When was the last time you saw a street-legal Ferrari on a track?

I honestly don't see the appeal for one, or even why I should get one. They're too showy and too plush nowadays. That being said, I love rally, so I won't get a 'Rari since they have a heart attack whenever you get to close to anything that isn't a paved road.

For me that would be yesterday. A Ferrari 430 Scuderia on circuit Zolder in Belgium.

That doesn't change the fact that I prefer manuals as well though.

And about the rally thing, the 288 GTO was meant to be a group B rally car, but group B was banned before it was finished.

I don't find Ferrair's appealing at all. I mean, they are red, fast and expensive, but meh. i would drive a rusty Ford Escort instead of an Enzo. I would most likely just drive it (ferrari) for a bit and then sell it for $$$ if i somehow got one.
The only Ferrari i actually find exciting and own-worthy is the Testarossa. Idk why, but it just gives me the feels no other Ferrari does. Special.

They did a really funky job when making an ambulance from it, because they just took the hatchback, cut the roof off and remove the hatch, and just slap an ambulande cap on it. And then say that ambulances have to be safe...

And then there were the Yugoslavians with their Zastava Van...
