JMC Teshun looks like Darth Vader got hit by a Transit. & I don't even do Darth Vader.

Re the Yemingzhu, ugliness comes from the small wheelarches & rear 3/4 which can be a very sensitive part of vehicle design, often looking too heavy.

 

For a Chinese knockoff, I think it looks okay. It looks about what I'd expect, and I feel like I've seen worse.

I absolute hate the TeShun because it can be a nicely little Transit but ended up like that.

The YeMinZhu however, somehow I do like the style that if I saw it when I was little, I would say that's my dream car .

in the mid-late 60s it was a compact like the nova, or falcon. Since the challenger didn't come until 1970, the dart 340 and GTS played the ponycar role

 

on a good set of wheels, that would look rad as hell.
