Re: Toyota Celica (fixed back window)

    Hello!

THanks for the car, it's a pleasure to play with it :)

Just a question, is that a finish model or a Beta?

    Thanks again!

Whenever I load the TRD version, then the normal version, the textures turn gray...it's REALLY annoying!

I dunno if it's something that's fixable, but when i hit the brakes, the reverse lights come on (i guess because of mixed reverse/brake). i guess the game needs coding to only reverse lights when gear is R (-1)

You tend to find the game full on shifts into reverse when you brake. Press l to show the debug screen with the tachometer, speed and also current gear. Drive up to speed, brake, watch gear readout. Its also why front and all wheel drive cars don't seem to corner during heavy braking, the wheels are trying to turn backwards and steer you in the opposite direction.

It will be fixed eventually. Its fine when driving as manual.

It seems that when the brakes are applied, the reversing lights come on, even in manual mode. It also appears that there are no lights at all coming on when in the reverse gear. I think it could be a material error, but I'm not too familiar with vehicle lights yet.

Whenever I spawn a car (when both cars are installed) one of them has textures that turn all GREY! It's really um...hold on...there we go. It's really annoying!

I know, I Know, don't bump old threads. But this is released and I want to make a comment so...
Very nice, but something seems to be off with the front of the car's jbeam, it is a different shape then the model.

Well, he did use the Covet jbeam as a base, but that considered I think he did a pretty good job at getting it to fit. Of course, I don't think the Covet's suspension setup is the same as a T230 Celica (they have struts in the front, not double wishbone, granted struts weren't possible upon this mods release)

This is a really nice mod!

the only thing is that the tires are a bit prone to leaving skid marks for no good reason.

Outside of that this is a great car!

Bit of a Bump. Anyway yeah i think this mod would be broken by now. As This was from 2013/2014. Maybe Just use The 200bx and covet as They are a cool sport car. I think The Toyota Is done with :( Was a cool mod in it's day. To be honest It was before slide nodes ( and be it the 200bx ) And the Person who made it had to redo the covet j-beam.
He did a O.K Job. And yeah i think it's old and broken by now.

Maybe try Puting it in the mods/vehicles Folder And try if it works. Good luck if it works enjoy. If Not Sorry And use The 200bx ( close to a Celica in a way )

Maybe The Person will update the mod to the 200bx J-Beam and convert it to F.W.D

    Sorry for spelling mistakes
