WIP Tie-down Straps for Trailers/Flatbeds A1.2

The tie downs are adjustable. Use node grabber and adjust the tension with your mouse wheel, like Butch said.

I just downloaded this mod (again), and installed it on the latest version 0.36. Tested on West Coast with the 22 ft ramp trailer. Mod worked great! I completely forgot about this mod Butch!!!! Thank you again, been looking for this one for a while! I didn't have a single issue, no lua errors, no problems with the ropes. It just worked as you described.
