so ive noticed that on the pond skipper sku of the ibishu wigeon, the corners of the roof where it connects to that rear frame will shake aggressively if you hit a bump or otherwise impact the car. anyone else notice this? maybe some upset clipping like gmod or Bethesda kinda thing. i haven't see any real way to submit general feedback to the devs since all the bug reporting seems to be built for more game breaking issues. included video shows this issue, though for some reason geforce overlay wanted to record audio from my controller instead of the game, but the bug doesn't have any sound so whatever I guess
Can you please upload the video to YouTube and share a link instead? Does this happen in Safe Mode as well?
No mods active here, there are vibrations of the following nodes on the Pond Skipper: c2ll, b5ll, c2rr, b5rr, rf3. Seems like removing the doors makes the structure unstable, even at the slightest impact: On bigger crashes it gets way worse: And all of this causes violent shaking of the roof sometimes: It shakes like this really fast: And never stops shaking until the roof latch breaks. This is the most unstable Jbeam I have ever seen on a vanilla car. With the doors this also happens but the nodes of the roof hold the weight of the doors so they don't shake, but there are random forces everywhere in the doors: The doors themselves can also start shaking on impact when you slide into a wall... Here you can see that the roof wants to shake but the doors are preventing it... The whole structure after any impact just goes all messy and there are random forces everywhere. Meanwhile the Pigeon and any other vanilla car: No offense but it seems to me that either whoever made the Wigeon Jbeam didn't know what he was doing, or never tested it at all. There's a combination of clipping and too much beamDamp in the entire structure it seems.
A little unrelated but thought I'd throw it in here, the wigeon's tailgate dampener shocks or whatever they are never breaks no matter how far away the tailgate goes, same with the sbr4 and the bonnet of the prerunner, after breaking it off you can see in the beams debug beams stretching from the car to the part,
