So I figured since there's a general "favourite commercials" thread, let's have one purely for car commercials, old and new. You can also post your *worst* car commercials, to make this thread a bit different from the other one... For example, that new Ford Transit commercial where they try to advertise it like you would advertise a hot hatch: With hip music and funky colors, rather than saying how spacious it is.

To me, this was the best car commecial ever made... It's simply brilliant. Originally Dutch, but I found one in English. Just wait for the punchline too...

The ad for the Aventador was really good. I don't think I've seen anything else that beats it.

The speech isn't really that cool, but seeing Yugo's run around the desert is.

The fact this is for America, and it was directed in a socalist/communist way makes it nice.

    Buy some freedom!

Anyways, I like them, you may have your opinion, but just don't hate on me pls ;<

    Here's some of my favourites:

Datsun 510 commercial, and a guy with serious balls.

3 Bluebird commercials, although the third one at 1:27 is the one you want to see...

This song is so catchy, I love it.

    And finally

I honestly don't know what they are trying to advertise, that the Daihatsu Midget is skunk resistant?

Yes, but there was so much Soviet interference in the mid to late century that you might as well consider them communist for the time the Yugo was being made.

Both of those points are pretty arguable. good ad though.

    My personal favorites

What i think is happening every time i leave my car parked somewhere:

GM was really proud of their (Ugly IMO) plastic front ends.

    Chrome bumper master race!

One time we slammed the front of the firebird into a cinderblock wall in the basement at 3 or 4 mph. Didn't do a damn thing to the bumper lol.
