The 0.20 controversy

Very nice, thank you and the rest of the devs for the work. I checked it out for myself to see that bumper parts have now returned on modded cars. However, regarding bugs causing cars to spawn corrupt or not spawn, is that a bug that is easy to fix on our own (like the missing tyres) or must we leave it to modmakers to do it? Or was it something that wasn't going to be addressed yet? Sorry if i am out of the loop on this one
